Run several branches from one account
Add a branch without setting up a second system. Each branch has its own floor, cash drawers and printers, while the menu, guest list and reports stay in one place.
Switch to “With roadmap” to see brand templates, regions and branch overrides. They are drawn dashed because they are not built yet.
What belongs to a branch and what is shared
Tables, orders, cash drawers, reservations and printers belong to a branch, and live updates go only to that branch’s screens. The menu, recipes and guest list belong to the restaurant, so a price changed once applies at every branch.
- 1Every report can be filtered by branch: sales, tax, end of day and P&L.
- 2Shifts and cash are reconciled per branch, drawer by drawer.
- 3Short branch codes (TML, JMK, LKS) show which branch each screen and report refers to.

Per-branch menus and prices are on the roadmap. Today every branch sells the same menu at the same price.
Guests and points work at every branch
Guest records and loyalty accounts belong to the restaurant, not the branch. Points earned at one branch can be used at any other, and every earn and redemption is recorded in the same place.

Other businesses can’t see your data
Every record is tied to its business on the server. A request for another business’s guest, order or stock returns not found, as if the record didn’t exist, and nothing is changed.

How it connects
How branches share data
Adding a branch doesn’t copy any data. Each branch reads the restaurant’s menu and guests and records its own orders, which add up in the restaurant’s reports.
